Add Hidden Fields to Gravity Forms
To capture attribution data with AttributionHub, you need to add hidden fields to your Gravity Forms. AttributionHub will automatically write data into these fields whenever a visitor submits the form.
Step 1: Open Your Form
- In your WordPress admin, go to Forms → All Forms.
- Select the form you want to edit.
Step 2: Add Hidden Fields
- In the form editor, open the Advanced Fields panel.
- Click Hidden to add a new hidden field to your form.
- Repeat this step until you’ve added all the fields you want to capture.
Step 3: Name the Hidden Fields
- For each hidden field, open its settings.
- In the Parameter Name field, enter one of the Supported Hidden Field Names (e.g., attrhub-channel, attrhub-source, attrhub-campaign).
- Important: Do NOT select the “Allow field to be populated dynamically” option for any hidden field. AttributionHub fills these fields automatically, so this option must remain unchecked.
- Save your form once all fields are added and named.
